Arcom sanctioned a sequence in which the host invited Anne Hidalgo, the mayor of Paris, to "shut her mouth" C8 will have to pay the fine, set at 300,000 euros. This new sanction of the media regulator against C8 comes four months after a record fine of 3.5 million euros because of the insults hurled by Cyril Hanouna to LFI MP Louis Boyard in TPMP.
That is 10% of the annual amount paid by Canal+ for its contract with the host's production company.
