M5S leader Giuseppe Conte says the Democratic Party would always win the primaries. Conte said this, speaking of Bari, during the recording of the broadcast "Accordi eDisaccordi" which will be broadcast tonight on Nove.
He also explained that he had asked to change the rules of the primaries with a pre-registration of voters, to have more certainty about their identity. But the Democratic party would have said no, Conte added.
