Chiara Pellacani and Matteo Santoro won the silver medal in the 3 meter mixed synchro event at the World Diving Championships in Doha. The Azzurri had won bronze last year in Fukuoka and silver in Budapest 2002.
The gold was won by the Australian pair, the bronze went to South Korea. The final took place on Saturday in the Doha Aquatic Centre. The medal ceremony will take place on Sunday in the Aquatic Center.
