Women@Dior & Unesco held a global conference in Paris on March 28. The conference celebrated themes such as education, inclusion and gender equality.
Dior selected the winners of the Dream For Change Project, a mentoring program between women. The first winning project is a business incubator in India, supporting small-scale Indian artisans living in rural areas. The second, worn by Lee Soun, aims to defuse dysmorphia experienced by women in South Korea, constrained by beauty standards.
