A 7-year-old girl and an 18-month-old baby are in serious condition after consuming morbier, a Jura cheese, which carries bacteria E.coli. The cheeses, produced in the Jura, were, according to our information, purchased in two different Leclerc supermarkets, located in Saint-Georges-de-Reneins near Villefranche-sur-Saône and in Meyzieu, near Lyon.
Élise, aged 7, a little girl full of life who lives in the town of Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières (Rhône), came close to death after eating Jura Cheese on December 9. She is today hospitalized at the HFME women's and mother's child hospital in Bron.
