A disinformation campaign conducted as part of a larger operation of Russian interference in several EU countries as well as in Moldova, according to the French newspaper. The graffiti was found in the Paris region last October after the Hamas attack on Israel. The operation was carried out by the Directorate General of the Internal Security Services (DGSI)
