"I Captain" is a drama about an immigrant who tries to cross the border to Spain. The film is about a man who is deported and is separated from his girlfriend.

The director, Benito Zambrano, says the film is emotionally manipulative. But the reviewer finds it as predictable as it is bearable. "It's a shame it takes so long for the horror to arrive," says the critic. "The jump" opens in cinemas on April 12 and is directed by Matteo Garrone, who also wrote the film's script. It is available on Blu-ray and DVD. For more information on the film, visit the website of the Spanish Film Institute (SPI) or go to: http://www.spi.org/cinema/film-reviews/I-Captain- premieres-in-Spain-April-12-24.html. The movie is also available on DVD and Blu-Ray in the U.S. and Canada.
