'The Snow Society', by Juan Antonio Bayona, wins 12 Goya Awards. '20,000 species of bees', by debutant Estibaliz Urresola, won three awards in one night.

The Snow Society is the third film in history with the most awards in Spanish cinema, after Sea Inside and ¡Ay, Carmela! All the winners pose with their respective Goyas after the end of the gala. The winner of the best animated film award was 'Robot Dreams', by Pablo Bergeria.
