The recipes are for brownies with a surprise (GLUTEN-FREE) and a fruit tart with a festive (gluten-free) surprise (FUEL-free, dairy-free and nut-free). For the fruit tart, use a can of black beans, filtered and washed (found in the smaller marketing chains) and 1/2 teaspoon of oil. For the brownies, add 1 cup chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate) and 2/3 cup natural cane sugar or coconut sugar or 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar.
