A man dressed as a gaucho barricaded himself in a car dealership located in San Telmo. The subject, who lives in Salta, reported that he paid 10 million pesos as an advance payment to purchase a truck.
Abelardo Usandivaras, a rural producer and agricultural consultant from Metán, claims that they did not deliver a truck for which he paid a million-dollar advance. He threatened to spend the night at that location if they didn't solve the problem.
