A new neighborhood will offer residences, commerce and employment and a promenade along the beach in Haifa. Out of the 1,300 housing units, the plan includes about 200 hotel rooms and about 250 sheltered housing units.
The construction will be phased: textured construction of 4-7 storey residential buildings at the interface with the Bat Galim neighborhood that integrate into the existing construction. Most of the military buildings in its territory will be demolished and the new neighborhood built in their place.
