Daniel José Núñez, undersecretary of municipal Habitat and long-time Peronist leader, had to resign after the scandal. "They don't know who they're messing with," he threatened the traffic agents, when he resisted having his breathalyzer tested.

In the early hours of this Sunday, he collided with his Chevrolet Tracker against a YPF in the Tigre game. The 68-year-old official presented his resignation that same Sunday and it was quickly accepted.
