On April 1, Kenyan media outlet K24 TV released a report that the Nigerian-American artist was arrested after a large amount of cocaine was found in his private jet. Davido announced on his X account that he will be taking legal action against K24. The three-time Grammy nominee added that the reports were "completely false" The publication viewed more than 340,000 times before it was deleted.
