At the age of 21, the woman suffered a psychotic attack from which she never recovered. When the doctors discovered that she also had lupus in addition to the psychotic state, they gave her treatment that removed her from her condition.
She was then considered mentally fit to be released from the psychiatric hospital where she had lived for almost 20 years. But due to COVID-<> restrictions, her family could not visit her immediately and their face-to-face meeting was postponed until last year.
