On the Agenzia Riscossione website, the answers to the most frequently asked questions (Faq) have been updated with the innovations introduced on the scrapping of folders by the decree law of 10 May 2023. The measure, recalls the Agency, moves to 30 June 2023 the deadline for submitting the application for adhesion to the facilitated definition, previously set at 30 April by the 2023 budget law.
The application for a facilitated definition must be submitted electronically on the website www.agenziaentrateriscOSSione.gov.it.
