The defamation complaint was presented by the Milanese lawyer Luigi Emanuele Gamna againstMargherita Agnello. Gamna's opposition to the request to dismiss the proceedings forwarded by the prosecutor's office will be discussed in May in front of a judge in the Romagna city.
