At the center of the investigation is Marella Caracciolo's will, which was drawn up on 12 August 2011 by the Swiss notary Urs Von Gruenigen. In exchange for renouncing her shareholdings in the family companies, Margherita Agnelli obtained 109 million and the transfer of ownership of various properties, furnishings, works of art and other assets.
