The system calculates an "affinity index" of the job offers present on Siisl with respect to the curricula. This is an indicative indicator - based on algorithms - which represents the level of compatibility between the selected CV and job offer. The next steps will be aimed at improving the matching and quality of training courses through the use of updated skills maps. The project also serves to identify and support "people's aptitudes to carry out activities, obviously in training and retraining courses"
