There are about fifty flights departing preemptively canceled today, at Fiumicino airport, due to a series of strikes affecting air transport. At the Roman airport, however, for the moment, there are no operational criticalities or queues of passengers at the information desks.
Ita Airways has activated "an extraordinary plan to limit the inconvenience of passengers, rebooking on the first available flights as many travelers as possible affected by cancellations. 60% will be able to fly on the same day today."
