Antonio Paolucci, one of the greatest art historians, dies - Last hour. He was superintendent of the museum complex of Florence, minister for cultural heritage during the Dini government and also director of the Vatican Museums.

He entered the administration of cultural heritage in 1969 and was originally from Rimini, where he was born on 19 September 1939. He is survived by his wife, two children and a son-in-law. He leaves behind a wife and a daughter.
