CNews and BFMTV are at the top of the news channels, tied with 2.7% audience share in March. This is the second time in its history that the Canal+ channel, after December 2023, has done as well as its main competitor.
LCI took third position on the podium, with 1.9% audience Share. CNews belongs to the Canal+. group, itself controlled by Vivendi, the group of billionaire Vincent Bolloré. B FMTV is part of Altice Media, whose shipowner CMA CGM of billionaire Rodolphe Saadé announced on March 15 the upcoming acquisition from Patrick Drahi.
