The leading French insurer hopes to develop its assets in real estate filming spaces. The studios of Bry-sur-Marne, rented for both films and series, house eight film sets on 5600 m2, complemented by workshops of sets and costumes, dressing rooms, offices spread over 12 hectares.

If the amount of the transaction has not been officially communicated, it would amount, according to the Financial Times, to 150 million euros. It has hosted the shooting of films such as the latest Asterix and Obelix by Guillaume Canet.
