Video from a fixed surveillance camera on the Baltimore bridge shows the freighter Dali immediately before and during the collision with the arch in the center of the two pylons at 1.28 am local time. The footage seen on the Bay Area Mechanical Services YouTube channel shows the arch collapsing into the water and onto part of the ship's deck in the space of just twenty seconds.
