The winner of the first season of "Survivor" Josie Zira received a nose job at a clinic owned by Naama Kasri. Kasri documented the entire process to her 189,<> followers, from the moment Zira arrived at the clinic, through documenting the syringe inserted into his nose, to the final result received before him.
