Beyoncé and Jay-Z have acquired the most expensive villa in California. Located in Malibu, the residence of 3700 square meters made the Knowles-Carter pay no less than 200 million dollars.
The house was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, who received the prestigious Pritzker Prize in 1995. The couple signed the transaction with a certain William Bell Jr., son of William Bell, producer behind the soap opera The Fires of Love ( 1973) and Love, Glory and Beauty (1987)
