Ben and J.Lo paid $60,850,000 for the five-acre estate in a deal that took a total of a week from start to finish. The house boasts a private movie theater, a wine cellar, a lounge room, a spa including a sauna and massage room.
The sports space includes an indoor tennis court, a boxing arena and sports equipment. In addition to these there will also be a two-bedroom guard house. The couple are expected to soon move into the new building.
