Brother of Cardinal Becciu and bishop of Ozieri under investigation - Last hour. Sassari Prosecutor's Office has closed the investigation into money laundering and embezzlement.
Those under investigation are Antonino Beccu, brother of Cardinal Angelo BeccIU, as head of the Spes social cooperative, and seven other people. The documents speak of a total sum equal to over 2 million euros which arrived at the disposal of Spes in the period between January 2013 and February 2023.
