Bufala Dop, Artificial Intelligence against fakes - Fairs and Events. The Consortium for the Protection of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO focuses on Artificial Intelligence as an innovative tool for the protection of a PDO product.
The initiative will be presented at a press conference on April 9th (11 am) in the Cavour room of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry in via XX Settembre in Rome. Speakers at the meeting will be Matteo Lorito, rector of the Federico II University of Naples and president of the scientific committee of the Consortium.
