Building collapse in Amatrice, the Court of Cassation confirms the sentences - Last minute. The two convictions in the proceedings arising from the collapse of two former Iacp (Ater) buildings due to the earthquake of 24 August 2016 were confirmed in the Supreme Court.
The supreme judges reiterated the sentences of 9 years' imprisonment for Ottaviano Boni, at the time technical director of the construction company Sogeap and 5 years for MaurizioScacchi, surveyor of the Lazio Region-Civil Engineering.
