Spanish tourist Rosalia Rodriguez Mendez, 52 years old, died this morning in Padua hospital. She was one of the 15 passengers seriously injured in the bus accident in Mestre on 3 October.
With her death, the death toll from the tragedy rises to 22. Of the initial 15 injured, a four-year-old girl remains hospitalized and is doing well in the plastic surgery department of the Paduan hospital. The news was given by the President of the Region, Luca Zaia, informed by the hospital doctors.
