A tourist in his 50s was filmed while spray painting a stone in a mountainous area of Cordoba, near the city of Mina Clavero. The filming was enough for him to end up arrested and part of the punishment was to " clean up after himself." The Rosario offender acknowledged that he had painted the mountain range, although he tried to excuse himself: "I don't know that it can't be painted.
I didn't see signs about it," according to his police testimony.
