Car collision, driver was drunk, arrested - Breaking news. 29-year-old driving the car that collided head-on with another car last night just before midnight along the SP 66 in via Monte Pasubio in Zanè (Vicenza) was arrested on charges of vehicular homicide.
A man traveling with his wife lost his life in the accident. She was seriously injured and remains hospitalized in very serious conditions at San Bortolo in Vicenza. According to the police, the young man had a blood alcohol level higher than the permitted limit, thus triggering the arrest.
