Especially with cards from Volksbank, Commerzbank, Sparkasse and Deutsche Bank. Update from April 4th, 12:15 p.m.: As WDR reports, the disruption at the Sparkasse has now been resolved. A spokeswoman for the Federal Association of Volks- und Raiffeisenbank said she was not aware of any reports of disruptions at the group's institutions.
