The Rome Prosecutor's Office has asked for 8 years for the former president of the Chamber, Gianfranco Fini. Requested 9 years for his partner Elisabetta Tulliani.
Prosecutor also requested a 10 year sentence for Giancarlo TULLiani and 5 years forHis father Sergio. The proceeding also involves the crime of money laundering. The trial is linked to the purchase of an apartment in Monte Carlo. The prosecutor's office has not commented on the request for an 8 year sentence.
