Catering Observatory, 7 out of 10 venues will use AI - Veneto. Seven out of ten restaurants will employ or enhance the use of artificial intelligence in 2024, including chatbots and photo and video generative tools.
For one restaurateur in two, these tools allow staff to save up to 20 hours of work per week. Only 1% currently has room robots in the dining room, according to the Catering Observatory. The investigation will be presented on the occasion of the fourth edition of the Forum of Catering, which will be held in Padua.
