Annalucia Cecere was accused of killing secretary Nada Cella in the office of accountant Marco Soracco in Chiavari on 6 May 1996. The latter and his elderly mother Marisa Bacchioni were also acquitted.

Soracco and his mother had to answer for false statements to the prosecutor and aiding and abetting: according to the prosecution they lied during the interrogations carried out up to a month ago. The prosecutor's office could appeal. Reproduction reserved © Copyright ANSA.
