The basic recipe for cheese sticks is clear and can be refined and changed depending on your mood. For a simple version the following ingredients are needed: 2 packs (270 g each) of puff pastry on the cooling shelf  200 g grated cheese (e.g. Emmentaler, Gouda) 1 egg 2 tbsp sesame seeds, if desired.
