China, 'the special envoy will visit Ukraine, Russia and the EU' - Breaking news. China said its special envoy for Eurasian affairs Li Hui will visit Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Poland and France starting March 2.
Beijing's Foreign Ministry announced this in a note, according to which Li will be engaged in the second round of his kind of diplomatic efforts. The visit is part of China's efforts to foster a political solution to the conflict between Moscow and Kiev, the Foreign Ministry said.
