China: inflation returns in February, at +0.7% - Breaking news. In February, China recorded an annual increase in consumer prices of 0.7%.

On a monthly basis, growth was 0.1%, equal to the third consecutive increase, at the highest level since January 2021. Prices at production, however, confirmed the sharp downward trend: -2.7 per year, worse than the 2.5% expected and the 2,5% in January, bringing the negative streak to 17 consecutive months.
