Szymon Marciniak allegedly participated in an event organised by a Polish far-right member with homophobic and anti-Semitic positions. UEFA and the football community abhor the positions promoted by the group in question and take these allegations very seriously.

An announcement is expected tomorrow on the matter and it could also come to the decision to replace the Pole, designated for the Champions League final between Inter and Manchester City.Marciniak was 'denounced' by the association 'Never Again' for having participated last Monday as a testimonial in a demonstration-event in Katowice.
