Joe Bonamassa has published 16 solo studio albums, and no less than 18 publicly! “I like these kinds of records. I find that they show as closely as possible who you are and what you do,” the artist told us, met just before his Parisian concert, in May 2022.

With a new album under his arm, “Blues Deluxe Vol. 2”, released at the end of 2023, almost entirely made up of covers, and of course a reference to his own ‘blues Deluxe’, dating from twenty years earlier, when the man was much less known. The American prodigy played a particularly blues repertoire this Thursday evening, offering numerous covers of unknown artists such as Stevie Wonder and Jimi Hendrix. The man is one of those who transform themselves on stage and take their songs to a higher level when they find themselves in front of spectators. The bluesman/rocker is performing at the Dôme de Paris, almost two years after his performance at the same place.
