The Ministers' Court of Rome has closed the latest proceedings against the former Minister of Health Roberto Speranza. The order, in line with what has already been stated in the request for dismissal by the Public Prosecutor's Office, recognizes the correctness of S peranza's conduct aimed exclusively at defending the public interest and citizens' right to health.
The lawyer Danilo Leva, lawyer of the former minister, wrote this in a press note. Yesterday afternoon, the presentation of his book was moved to another room.
