Cpp Investments invests 2 billion in Tim's Netco. CPP has committed to acquiring a 17.5% stake in NetCo, for a value of up to 2 billion euros.
The investor group, led by Kkr, is completing the acquisition of NetCo. The deal gives the company an enterprise value of approximately 18.8 billion euros, CPP says. The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) has signed an agreement to enter Optics BidCo, the group of investors.
