Dani Alves sentenced to 4 and a half years in prison for rape. Brazilian will also have to pay 150,000 euros in compensation.
Alves accused of sexually assaulting a 23-year-old girl in the bathroom of the reserved area of the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona on 30 December 2022. The Barcelona court also ordered 5 years of probation, after the end of the sentence, and 9 years of obligation to move away at least 1 km away from the victim's home.
