Darkness is not a problem: houseplants for windowless rooms. The cobbler palm (Aspidistra elatior) copes well with dark corners.
Moss and dried flowers are also an option. Special plant lamps can also make a dark location habitable for more sensitive plants. The following plants thrive with little light: Schuster palm (Lily of the valley) Lucky feather (Zamioculcas) and ivy (Ivy) are also good options.
