The undersecretary for Justice is accused of revealing official secrecy in relation to the Cospito affair. The trial has been adjourned until June 12th and will be heard in the courtroom of the Minister of Justice Nordio, who will be among the witnesses in the trial. The judges of the eighth collegiate section gave the OK to the constitution of the dem parliamentarians Silvio Lai, Debora Serracchiani and Walter Verini.
