Denis Verdini returns to prison, house arrest revoked. This was decided by the supervisory court of Florence.
The former senator from Ala was accused of participating in three dinners in restaurants in the capital. Verdini was serving his final 6-year sentence for the collapse of the Credito Cooperativo Fiorentino in the Pian dei Giullari villa. He was authorized to go to the dentist in Rome. However, between October 2021 and January 2022 he would have gone to the restaurant.
