Defense Ministry said that at least 25 Ukrainian drones were shot down in various regions, including two in Moscow and one in St. Petersburg. No casualties have been reported, the Defense Ministry says. The incident occurred in the region of Nizhny Novgorod, hundreds of kilometers from the border. The refinery's units, in the Kstov industrial area, caught fire, the region's governor said.
