Drivers are puzzled by mysterious traffic signs at traffic lights. In Germany there are other symbols that only apply regionally.

For example, only in Hesse is there a flashing “WF” for turning in Sidelberg. In Ulm and Stuttgart, there is an “A” instead of the “K” (requirement of the driver) in the traffic light. For the tram driver, a lit triangle means “continue driving but continue in the opposite direction”
