Driving licenses are becoming more and more expensive: Learner drivers can save a lot of money. The price increase has various reasons, explained Kurt Bartels, deputy managing director of the Federal Association of Driving Instructors Associations of the German Press Agency.
“Driving has become more complex,” says Bartels. That's why driving licenses are usually cheaper in rural areas than in a busy city. You can save money by completing theory and practical lessons in a compact manner.
